Key Responsibilities
- Generate Finance MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Ensure the accuracy and currency of all financial datasets.
- Compile management-level reports covering revenue, expenses, collections, receivables, and profitability.
- Perform reconciliation between Tally data and MIS financial reports.
- Create detailed reports using advanced Excel functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, IF formulas, charts, and dashboards.
- Manage accounting records through Tally ERP software.
- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Analyze financial statements to detect trends or irregularities.
- Liaise with various internal departments to gather and verify financial data.
- Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Maintain data integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.
