직무 설명
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee finance functions including costing, budgeting, management information systems (MIS), cash flow, and working capital to enhance profitability and foster company growth.
- Track product costing, analyze customer profitability, manage inventory, and oversee debtors and creditors, implementing cost-saving measures.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations such as GST, Income Tax, statutory audits, and banking and treasury requirements.
- Collaborate closely with production and sales teams to deliver financial insights, strengthen internal controls, and aid strategic business decisions.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA), ICWA Final or Intermediate, or Masters in Commerce (MCom).
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is mandatory.
