Job Overview
Join Hilton as a Finance Manager and play a key role in managing the financial activities of a hotel. This position centers on supporting financial strategy, overseeing financial reporting, managing accounts and audits, and leading a team to promote efficient operations aligned with the hotel’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing financial strategies that support the hotel's objectives and enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Analyze and review financial performance data, reconcile accounts, and generate actionable recommendations for hotel leadership and owners.
- Manage critical financial operations including Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Night Audit functions ensuring proper internal controls and adherence to policies.
- Lead the preparation and thorough review of monthly financial statements, validate cash receipt entries, and facilitate internal audits to maintain transparency and compliance.
- Authorize and monitor ledger reconciliations, tax submissions, and payroll processing to uphold financial accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to finance team members, conduct performance reviews, support professional development, and recognize accomplishments to build a motivated, high-performing team.
