Role Overview
We are hiring a creative Figma Designer and Marketing Personal Assistant to support both visual design and day-to-day administrative work. The position combines content creation for marketing with coordination and office support, so we are looking for someone who is organized, comfortable with technology, and able to communicate clearly.
Design and Marketing Support
- Produce and refine Figma-based creatives for marketing campaigns, social media posts, and presentation decks.
- Contribute to the development of brand visuals and other promotional assets.
- Support digital marketing activities, including email marketing and social media content preparation.
Personal Assistant Responsibilities
- Handle calendars, meetings, and general communication tasks.
- Maintain organized files and documents in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Assist with reports, slide decks, and spreadsheet preparation.
- Work with internal team members to keep tasks moving smoothly.
Requirements
- Solid working knowledge of Figma for design-related tasks.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with Google Workspace apps including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive.
- Prior exposure to marketing, or at least a good understanding of marketing concepts, will be considered an advantage.
- Strong time management, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working on your own and delivering tasks within deadlines.
- Very good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Working Hours
The role follows a full-time schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

The salary offered is USD 700 per month.
