Field Verification Officer

Role overview

Helios Systems Asia is hiring a Field Verification Officer to support its verification operations in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This full-time position is focused on on-ground checks, phone-based confirmations, documentation support, and timely reporting.

What you will do

• Travel to customer or employee addresses to confirm location details.
• Carry out in-person checks for employment by visiting offices when needed.
• Assist with verification of education records and other documents.
• Make verification calls as part of the checking process.
• Record and update verification findings in the system.
• Use mobile applications to take photos and collect field evidence.
• Draft clear, accurate reports and submit them within the required timeline.
• Protect sensitive information and handle it confidentially.
• Escalate any incomplete, inconsistent, or doubtful information to the operations team.

What we are looking for

• 1 to 4 years of experience in field verification or related work such as banking, telecom, collections, or field sales.
• A graduate degree is required.
• Comfort with local travel is important for this role.
• Having your own vehicle and a valid driving license is an advantage.
• Familiarity with mobile apps and reporting tools will be useful.
• Strong communication skills in the local language are needed.
• Basic English ability is preferred.
