Field Service Engineer - Bioprocess (Remote, Dublin)

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute installation of equipment and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers to prevent future operational problems.
• Advise customers on proper use and maintenance of instruments while maintaining high technical and client management standards.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance visits efficiently.
• Collaborate consistently with internal teams and the Sales department to ensure customer needs are addressed and support sales growth in after-sales service.
• Adhere strictly to Environment, Health and Safety policies, complete all required EHS training, and promote a safe working environment.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly and repeatedly accomplish scheduled maintenance tasks within tight deadlines.
• Motivated to identify and eliminate inefficiencies, embracing continuous incremental improvements under local control.
• Resilient and able to manage customer demands tactfully, balancing task focus with flexibility when necessary.

Additional Requirements

• Based remotely in the Dublin area with current driving licence for travel as needed.
• Desirable: experience or knowledge in life sciences or service business sectors, scientific/engineering educational background, and prior experience in service support roles.
