Role Overview
We are seeking a Field Sales Partner to actively promote and onboard clients to the FR8 app, enhancing logistics connectivity and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively pitch FR8's features and benefits to potential customers, demonstrating how the application addresses their logistical challenges.
- Frequently visit industrial clients to acquire and register them on the FR8 platform, utilizing leads supplied by the company.
- Maintain friendly and professional relationships with clients to increase their load connectivity through FR8.
Candidate Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours as per job demands.
- Proficiency in Hindi is mandatory, along with local languages.
- Age between 20 to 27 years.
- Work from office is mandatory for male candidates.
- Possession of a bike is required for travel purposes.
- Effective communication skills.
Compensation and Conditions
The monthly salary ranges from 17,500 to 19,500 INR with negotiable pay for experienced individuals.
