About the Role
Bajaj Pay is seeking dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executives for Bangalore (North and surrounding areas) to promote and sell its QR and Soundbox digital payment solutions. This full-time position offers an opportunity to engage directly with merchants, introduce them to advanced payment technologies, and contribute towards expanding Bajaj Pay's merchant base.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct visits to retail outlets and businesses in the designated geographic area.
- Identify potential merchants, onboard them onto Bajaj Pay's platform, and complete all necessary documentation.
- Successfully sell and install QR Code and Soundbox devices, ensuring full activation and functionality.
- Demonstrate and explain product benefits and digital payment options to merchants.
- Build and sustain strong, ongoing relationships with clients, providing after-sales support when needed.
- Achieve set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification of 12th pass or graduate level.
- A CIBIL credit score exceeding 700 is mandatory.
- Age must not exceed 35 years.
- Proficiency in Kannada is essential; fluency in Hindi or English will be advantageous.
- Willingness to travel extensively within North Bangalore and adjacent areas.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a passion for interacting with customers in a field sales environment.
- Ability to use smartphones and related technology effectively.
- A positive, energetic disposition with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
Salary and Benefits
- A fixed monthly salary of ₹20,500.
