Field Sales Executive - Medical Consumables

About the Company and Role

RX Sterile Medpack Pvt. Ltd. is recruiting a Field Sales Executive to promote and market medical consumables and packaging products throughout Kerala. This full-time position offers a fixed monthly salary plus travel reimbursement, performance bonuses, and commission opportunities. The company welcomes fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to five years' experience, especially those from medical, surgical, pharmaceutical, healthcare, institutional, or B2B sales backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit hospitals, distributors, dealers, surgical stores, and healthcare institutions regularly.
• Identify and generate new business leads within designated territories.
• Present and explain product features and benefits to customers to boost sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations and participate in sales discussions.
• Manage the sales process including follow-ups on inquiries, quotations, order placements, deliveries, and payments collection.
• Meet monthly sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Submit timely reports detailing customer visits and sales activities.

Candidate Requirements

• Completed 12th grade or holds a bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Open to freshers and candidates with up to 5 years professional field sales experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively across Kerala for field duties.
• Possession of a valid driving license is preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare sales or existing contacts with hospitals or distributors is advantageous but not mandatory.
