Position Overview
Nexera People Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking Field Sales Executives primarily for Bangalore focusing on candidates located near Yeshwantpur, Kanakapura Road, Hosur Road, Binney Pet, Mysore Road, and Whitefield. The role is designed for freshers with immediate joining availability.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education requirement is completion of 12th grade.
- Applicants can be male or female.
- Ownership of a two-wheeler along with a valid driving license is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Willingness to undertake extensive travel within the designated territory.
- Work schedule includes six days a week, Monday through Saturday, during general shift hours.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with corporate offices, businesses, and institutions for opportunities in corporate gifting.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and procurement staff.
- Conduct on-site visits to present tailored corporate gifting solutions.
- Generate and pursue leads to successfully convert prospects into customers.
- Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing and fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports and manage the sales pipeline.
