Job description
Position Overview
We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales Executive with experience in Banking, Financial Services, and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC). The successful candidate will be proficient in financial products, loan processing, customer relationship management, compliance, and overall financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage banking and NBFC financial operations.
- Handle loan processes including credit assessment and documentation; possess expertise in insurance sectors such as health and life insurance, including disbursement procedures.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and offer financial advisory services.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare detailed financial and MIS reports along with required operational documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless business activities.
- Monitor portfolio health and assist with collection and recovery activities when necessary.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding business and acquiring new customers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum educational qualification: Class 12 pass; Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related fields preferred.
- At least six months of professional experience in Banking, Financial Services, or NBFC sectors.
- In-depth understanding of loan products, financial services, and compliance regulations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office and financial software/applications.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in retail lending, credit operations, or financial analysis.
- Knowledge of RBI regulations and NBFC processes.
- Excellent customer handling and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment.

Salary Details
A competitive monthly salary between INR 15,000 to INR 40,000 will be offered, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
