Field Sales Executive - Airtel Xstream Fiber

About the Role

Airtel is recruiting enthusiastic and goal-driven Field Sales Executives (Xstream Fiber Executives - XFE) to actively promote and sell Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband services in Bhubaneswar. This position is responsible for on-ground customer engagement and achieving set sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads via door-to-door visits, community outreach, and local market engagements.
• Effectively promote Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband plans, articulating product features and benefits to potential customers.
• Convert prospective leads into confirmed broadband connections by completing accurate KYC and documentation.
• Liaise with installation teams to ensure swift service activation.
• Foster and sustain solid customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Meet and strive to exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives.

Candidate Profile

• Educational Qualification: Minimum completion of 12th grade.
• Experience: At least 1 year of field sales, preferably in Telecom, Broadband, FMCG, or Banking sectors.
• Possession of a bike and a valid driving license is essential.
• Strong communication abilities and persuasive skills.
• Comfort with extensive fieldwork and mobility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Fixed salary as per company standards, ranging between ₹12,000 to ₹18,500 monthly.
