Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

MobiKwik seeks driven and energetic freshers to join its merchant acquisition team as Field Sales Executives. This position involves direct interaction with local retail outlets, mom-and-pop (kirana) stores, and small businesses to promote and enroll them in MobiKwik's digital payment solutions such as QR codes, Soundboxes, and EDC/POS terminals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to various retail locations to demonstrate and successfully onboard merchants using MobiKwik's QR Codes and Soundboxes.
• Explore new areas to identify potential merchant clients, compile business databases, and proactively reach out to business owners through cold calls.
• Educate and assist shopkeepers in utilizing the merchant app, facilitating payment acceptance, and troubleshooting basic technical concerns on site.
• Maintain records of daily visits, onboarding progress, and merchant feedback through internal reporting systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly onboarding targets to earn performance incentives.

Candidate Requirements

• Open to freshers with no prior experience necessary.
• Educational background of 10th grade, 12th grade, or any undergraduate degree is acceptable.
• Willingness and ability to perform local travel and field visits regularly.
• Possession of a functional Android smartphone for daily operational use.
• Basic proficiency in the local/regional language along with fundamental English skills.
• Availability to work 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week with Sundays off.

• Work location: Field-based across assigned territories Pan-India, specifically Pune, Maharashtra.
