Field Sales Executive

About the Role

One MobiKwik Systems Limited is seeking dynamic and motivated freshers to join their merchant acquisition team as Field Sales Executives. This role involves directly engaging with retail outlets, including kirana stores and local businesses, to introduce and integrate MobiKwik's digital payment technologies like QR codes, Soundboxes, and EDC/POS machines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily market visits to pitch, register, and facilitate installation of MobiKwik payment solutions at various retail shops.
• Proactively identify new business areas, compile merchant lead lists, and execute cold-calling initiatives to onboard new clients.
• Provide on-the-spot training to shopkeepers on using the payment application and address routine technical concerns.
• Maintain daily records of visits, onboarding rates, and customer feedback through the internal sales system.
• Consistently meet set weekly and monthly targets for merchant acquisitions to optimize earning incentives.

Candidate Requirements

• No prior work experience needed; freshers are eligible.
• Educational qualification ranging from 10th pass, 12th pass, to any graduate degree.
• Comfortable with frequent local travel as the role demands field visits.
• Possession of a functional Android smartphone is essential.
• Basic grasp of the regional language along with elementary English communication skills.

Working Conditions

• The work schedule is from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, six days a week with Sundays off.
