About the Role
We are recruiting experienced Security Officers and Security Supervisors to join as Field Officers. Candidates who already have their own security manpower and possess a robust market network will be prioritized.
Primary Duties
- Oversee and manage security operations at client locations.
- Identify and secure new security contracts within the territory.
- Supervise and coordinate the deployment of security guards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to address and resolve issues.
- Prepare and submit daily reports to the head office and maintain accurate records.
Candidate Requirements
- Male and female applicants are welcome.
- Preferably experienced as Security Officers or Supervisors.
- Possession of own security manpower is essential.
- Strong presence and connections in the local market.
- Capability to bring new client sites onboard.
- Characteristics such as honesty, responsibility, effective communication, and leadership skills.
- Minimum education: completion of 10th grade.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range between INR 21,000 and INR 45,000 per month, with incentives.
