About the Role
Airtel Broadband Services Private Limited is urgently seeking a WiFi Installation Engineer for its Bengaluru location. This role involves installing and configuring Airtel WiFi and broadband services at customer premises, ensuring seamless internet connectivity and providing basic customer guidance on WiFi usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation of Airtel WiFi and broadband connections at customer locations.
- Set up and configure routers to guarantee stable internet access.
- Identify and resolve basic network issues encountered during installation.
- Educate customers on fundamental WiFi operation and usage.
- Accurately fill out and submit installation reports via the company mobile application.
Candidate Requirements
- Open to freshers and experienced individuals.
- Must possess a valid Driving License (DL).
- Ownership of a bike is essential for traveling to installation sites.
- Basic proficiency in smartphone usage.
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients.
Compensation and Benefits
- Attractive monthly salary package with take-home pay of 24000 to 26000 INR.
