Field Executive

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Field Executive with 2 to 3 years of direct experience in field sales, preferably within industries such as bath fittings, sanitaryware, plumbing, building materials, tiles, paints, hardware, or home improvement products. The candidate should possess strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base including plumbers, contractors, architects, and builders.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct 70% field-based sales activities and 30% in-store sales efforts.
• Generate leads, develop market presence, and consistently meet sales targets.
• Demonstrate products clearly and explain their features to customers and stakeholders.
• Address customer queries and resolve complaints promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain regular interaction with various industry professionals and clients to strengthen business relationships.

Candidate Requirements

• At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in field sales within relevant sectors such as bath fittings, plumbing, sanitaryware, or building materials.
• Educational background: MBA in Sales & Marketing is preferred; however, graduates with pertinent sales experience who exhibit flexibility will also be considered.
• Familiarity with retail or dealer sales channels and an understanding of secondary sales processes is advantageous.
• Experience in using CRM systems or mobile applications to update leads will be beneficial.
• Age approximately 26 years as preferred.
