Role Overview
As a Field Coordinator at Portea Medical Services, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations by managing staff placements, client interactions, and documentation related to healthcare service delivery. This position requires a two-wheeler for mobility and working onsite in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff allocation and replacements in line with client requirements, coordinating closely with the HR department for smooth personnel transitions.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with clients to monitor ongoing services, collect feedback, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Organize and upload medical and other relevant documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection standards.
- Handle collections of payments including advances from clients, keep precise transaction records, and pursue pending payments diligently.
- Monitor the duration clients receive services, engaging them in discussions about continuation or adjustments to care plans.
- Keep client case files current with the latest service information and facilitate updates through collaboration with internal teams.
- Monitor daily for any requests to discontinue services, ensuring proper documentation and client communication for service termination.
Additional Information
A two-wheeler is mandatory for this role due to the nature of fieldwork and client visits.
Compensation
The monthly remuneration for this position ranges between 20,000 to 25,000 INR.
