Job Overview
This role requires a seasoned developer with at least eight years of expertise in Progress OpenEdge ABL programming. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge in Progress OpenEdge ABL/4GL, OpenEdge RDBMS concepts, Object-Oriented Programming principles, and SQL. Experience in server-side programming using any object-oriented languages such as Java or Python is essential.
Technical Skills and Requirements
- Extensive programming knowledge with Progress Appserver and Progress Database is advantageous.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP systems will be considered favorably.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies is necessary.
- Competence with Postman for API testing is expected.
