Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage operations of Food and Beverage outlets.
- Effectively communicate and delegate duties to team members.
- Ensure adherence to brand and quality standards.
- Address guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Advocate for team needs within the department.
- Support Food and Beverage management in reaching financial objectives.
- Assist in training and professional development of staff members.
- Participate in conducting annual and mid-year performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire safety, and health & safety regulations.
- Maintain environmental awareness in operations.
- Collaborate with other departments as necessary and foster positive working relationships.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in Food and Beverage or restaurant operations.
