Key Responsibilities
- Manage the treatment and care of animals on the farm.
- Coordinate and oversee duties assigned to general farm laborers and harvest workers.
- Ensure compliance with all farm safety regulations and biosecurity procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate quality control and production data to monitor farm output.
- Supervise cultivation activities and other operations related to crop growth.
- Carry out general farm tasks as required to support daily operations.
