Internship Overview

This in-person fall internship targets rising seniors from accredited universities who desire a launchpad into the content and digital marketing world. Based in New York City, interns will gain experience across departments such as Photo, Video, and Project Management. The program cultivates skills in leadership, teamwork, strategy, and analytics while providing opportunities to engage with industry professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities in assigned content departments.
• Manage ownership of specific daily and weekly tasks.
• Collaborate with various teams to support brand campaigns and events.
• Participate in training sessions and talks by tarte leadership.
• Lead independent projects in partnership with department heads.
• Enhance skills in teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, and analysis.

Requirements

• Must be a currently enrolled college student, preferably rising seniors.
• Capability to handle multiple tasks while staying adaptable in a dynamic setting.
• Strong collaboration abilities.
• Organizational and communication excellence.
• Proficient in written and verbal interpersonal communication.
• Comfort using AI tools and platforms as part of the workflow.
