Their mission revolves around rapid, scalable, and customer-focused delivery, aiming to provide deliveries to every door daily. Their hyper-local delivery service, Noon Minutes, offers FMCG and grocery products with 15-minute delivery, operating in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage work orders, maintenance requests, and service documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate and coordinate tasks with vendors, contractors, and internal departments.
• Maintain comprehensive asset registers, necessary documentation, and ensure compliance records are up to date.
• Monitor and track both preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
• Handle purchase requests, invoice processing, and various administrative duties.
• Compile reports, key performance indicators, and track costs systematically.
• Update and manage Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM) or Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Support management of inventory and spare parts effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in facility management or administrative roles is necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Familiarity with CAFM or CMMS platforms is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills combined with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to liaise and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders and vendors.
