Job summary

Almana Group is hiring an experienced Facilities Manager in Doha, Qatar to take charge of the upkeep and daily functioning of its properties and facilities. The role focuses on making sure all buildings, equipment, and support services are maintained effectively, safely, and in accordance with company expectations.

Key responsibilities

  • Direct the everyday running and upkeep of company facilities.
  • Organize and supervise preventive as well as corrective maintenance work.
  • Lead maintenance teams, outside contractors, and service vendors.
  • Track maintenance timelines and make sure tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Manage renovation, refurbishment, and facility improvement initiatives.
