About the Business Unit
The Technology Engineering Group (TEG) at Tencent is dedicated to supporting the organization and its various business units through technological and operational platforms, including the construction and operation of research and development management and data centers. TEG serves as the operator of Asia's largest networks, devices, and data centers. It also spearheads the Tencent Technology Committee, focusing on enhancing infrastructure R&D via both internal and distributed open source collaborations, building innovative platforms, and supporting business innovation.
Role Overview
The Expert Community Product Manager will lead the creation of the expert system framework. This includes acting as the liaison with procurement teams to coordinate workflows, formulating strategic approaches for expert resource supply, and transforming expert operations processes into configurable product features. Data plays a central role in this position, involving the establishment of core metric systems and dashboards to guide continuous strategy refinement and cadence through analytical insights.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a bachelor's degree or higher with 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in supply-side or platform products, AI industry, or human resources products.
- Demonstrates strong skills in systematic abstraction and modeling, capable of defining supply matching mechanisms and tiered standards from inception.
- Exhibits excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities, effectively working alongside procurement, compliance, algorithm, and operations teams.
- Highly data-driven, skilled in creating metric systems and conducting data analysis to fuel informed decision-making.
- Self-motivated with the capacity to independently establish direction and drive execution amid ambiguous situations.
