About the Role
We seek a dynamic individual passionate about problem-solving and eager to establish a career in Supply Chain Management. This role of Executive – Warehousing Operations offers the chance to gain practical experience within a fast-moving FMCG setting, working closely with seasoned experts to grasp the journey of products from warehouses to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse functions including inbound receipt, storage management, and outbound shipment activities to maintain uninterrupted operations.
- Ensure inventory precision by aiding in stock reconciliation and conducting cycle counts.
- Collaborate effectively with logistics providers, warehouse personnel, and internal teams to guarantee timely dispatches.
- Monitor operational key performance indicators and compile reports to pinpoint areas for process enhancement.
- Adhere strictly to safety standards, quality controls, and operational standard operating procedures.
- Engage in initiatives aimed at improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Contribute to the use and management of warehouse and inventory control systems.
- Support audit procedures and compliance efforts while maintaining high operational standards.
Candidate Profile
- Holds an MBA in Operations or Supply Chain, or a Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or closely related disciplines.
- Beginning professionals with 0–1 year of experience are welcome; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
- Possesses strong analytical capabilities alongside effective problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates good communication skills and the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems is beneficial.
- Exhibits a proactive mindset, enthusiasm for learning, and a practical hands-on approach.
