Executive - Supply Chain Management

Role overview

B. Braun Singapore is looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive in Supply Chain Management to support smooth order fulfilment and strong customer service. In this role, you will help keep orders, invoices, and deliveries accurate and on schedule, while serving as a point of contact for customer queries and coordinating with internal teams and external logistics partners.

Key responsibilities

• Keep the Sales & Operations plan current and aligned with customer needs so resources can be planned effectively across the required horizon.
• Support a smooth and reliable system environment and help ensure records and workflows remain accurate.
• Check that customer orders are complete and correct, and update information properly in SAP.
• Process customer delivery requests, generate delivery orders, and coordinate with 3PL partners for shipment arrangements.
• Handle tender orders in line with customer specifications and required timelines.
• Manage customer questions and complaints, partnering with internal stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and appropriately.
• Receive, document, and escalate product complaints to the assigned local responsible person without delay.
• Track stock levels and work with suppliers to confirm delivery schedules and expected arrival dates.
• Contribute to lean programs and process enhancement efforts.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor from time to time.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is detail-driven, customer-oriented, and comfortable handling end-to-end order and delivery coordination. You should be able to work across teams, maintain accuracy under pressure, and support both operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma or GCE O Level qualification, along with relevant experience.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in supply chain management, especially in order management or order fulfilment, or in a closely related role.
• Prior exposure to the healthcare sector, such as medical devices or pharmaceuticals, is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP is useful, with experience in SD and MM modules considered an advantage.
