Role overview
This position is focused on running day-to-day administrative functions and keeping office operations efficient, organized, and cost-conscious. The role covers facility oversight, vendor handling, procurement support, travel coordination, asset tracking, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and general assistance to employees.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee routine office administration and ensure smooth internal operations.
- Coordinate facility-related activities and support a well-maintained workplace.
- Manage communication and follow-ups with vendors.
- Handle procurement-related coordination and administrative purchasing support.
- Arrange business travel and related bookings as needed.
- Track and maintain office assets and related records.
- Prepare MIS reports and other administrative documentation.
- Support adherence to applicable compliance requirements.
- Assist with budgeting and cost-control activities.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to employees and the wider team.
Eligibility
This opportunity is open to any graduate.
Compensation
The offered pay is INR 10,00,000 to INR 12,00,000 per year.
