Role Overview
This is a one-year contract role based in Singapore for an executive supporting service excellence and training-related activities. The position sits within a team environment and contributes to staff engagement, learning administration, rewards and recognition, and operational coordination.
What You Will Do
- Assist with a range of team activities, including learning support, rewards and recognition efforts, service excellence work, and employee engagement programmes.
- Handle training administration tasks such as maintaining learning records and completed training hours, preparing reports, coordinating enrolments, and arranging logistical details for programmes.
- Monitor spending and keep track of inventory usage and stock levels.
- Support event and initiative operations by helping source vendors, raising purchase requests, and following through to make sure deliveries arrive on time.
What We Are Looking For
- A tertiary-level qualification in any field.
- Someone who is careful with details, focused on customer service, and communicates well with others.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools.
- A dependable team player who takes initiative, adapts quickly, and can work well in a busy, fast-moving setting.
Additional Information
This position is a contract engagement, and the work location is onsite in Singapore.
