Role Overview

Vakson Development is looking to urgently hire an Executive Secretary for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. The role is best suited to a Filipina candidate and comes with a monthly salary of AED 4,500.

What You Will Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, diary, and appointments to keep priorities organised.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, events, and travel plans, including timely scheduling and logistics.
