Position Overview
The company is hiring an accomplished Executive President to guide overall business direction, manage daily operations, and support long-term expansion. This role partners closely with the Board of Directors and senior leadership to strengthen management practices, improve execution, and accelerate growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Shape corporate strategy, build business plans, and oversee everyday operational leadership.
- Direct core functions including operations, finance, compliance, technology, sales, and business development.
- Push revenue growth, expand into new markets, and develop strategic alliances.
- Establish strong governance, risk control, and compliance structures.
- Lead the executive team and improve overall organizational efficiency.
- Contribute to major business decisions and provide updates to the Board of Directors.
- Act as a senior representative in discussions and coordination with investors, partners, clients, and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
Applicants should bring more than 20 years of professional experience, including roughly 15 to 20+ years in executive leadership roles. A background in finance, fintech, investment, banking, digital assets, or technology is preferred. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, strategic judgment, and decision-making ability, along with a proven record of leading cross-functional teams and complex operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is the ability to perform in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
