Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily tasks related to loan processing, disbursement, account creation, and loan facility implementation.
- Prepare and submit month-end reports accurately and timely.
- Ensure adherence to financing terms, documentation standards, and approval guidelines; promptly flag any deviations for review.
- Deliver exemplary customer service with quick turnaround times to maximize client satisfaction.
- Conduct pre-disbursement verification to confirm that all documentation from applicants, dealers, or distributors is complete and accurate.
- Continuously monitor the receipt of outstanding documents and ensure that Hire Purchase legal documents are dispatched to customers within designated time frames.
- Collaborate closely with business divisions, dealers, and distributors to establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for different products and services.
- Verify that Bank interest is recorded before disbursement and ensure that all legal documents are securely stored.
- Guarantee the precision of disbursement calculations and commission payments.
- Assist designated staff (checkers) to ensure all pre-disbursement inspections are promptly conducted.
- Handle the printing, sorting, and movement tracking of credit files and legal documents requested by various units.
- Manage archiving of legal documents and credit files by transferring them to warehouse storage for safekeeping.
- Prepare official letters such as undertaking letters, offers, and board resolutions if required.
- Provide training and mentorship to new disbursement officers to ensure competency and adherence to procedures.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and data cleansing tasks as necessary.
- Participate in additional duties as assigned by company management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possess at least a Diploma qualification.
- Have prior experience in documentation and disbursement related to Auto and retail loan products.
- Hold three to four years of relevant experience within financial institutions or the automotive trade sector.
Essential Skills
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and achieve objectives under tight deadlines.
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.
