Role Overview
This position involves collaborating closely with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) to obtain necessary approvals and ensure value sales targets for various product segments including waterproofing, admixtures, repair, special repair, and flooring. The executive will independently manage relationships with PSUs, focusing on incorporating Asian Paints specifications and technical Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for new projects, expansions, and maintenance & repairs.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with PSUs to secure approvals and achieve planned sales for multiple product categories.
- Manage individual PSU units to integrate Asian Paints' technical specifications within project documentation.
- Coordinate with regional teams and sales departments to meet sales targets across regions.
- Collaborate with external consultants and internal technical teams of PSUs to develop product specifications.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently, provide product training, and stay abreast of new application technologies.
- Prepare method statements and BOQs for various project sites.
- Understand and apply building and material codes, specifically various IS codes relevant to each PSU.
- Possess knowledge of construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
- Conduct site visits for project evaluation and progress reporting.
Educational Qualifications
Applicants should hold a B.Tech or B.E. degree in Civil Engineering or possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
