About The Role

We invite a motivated and well-organized professional to join our team to support the operations of our undergraduate and postgraduate programs. Key Responsibilities

  • Compile data analyses and generate reports for internal use and external requests, ensuring accuracy and punctual reporting.
  • Develop instructional guides, FAQs, and workflow documentation to assist staff and students in navigating new systems effectively.
  • Support efforts in data migration and pilot testing of new system features, troubleshooting significant problems before system deployment to ensure smooth implementation and necessary system adjustments.
  • Ensure all responsibilities meet the work and service quality standards defined by the University.
