Role Overview
Neuraleap Group is looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support a Director with high-touch administrative and operational coordination. This position is based on-site in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region and calls for strong organisation, sound judgement, confidentiality, and the ability to keep complex executive workflows running smoothly within a busy technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Director’s schedule by prioritising meetings, coordinating across teams, resolving clashes, and protecting productive time.
- Arrange domestic and overseas travel, including flights, hotels, itineraries, visas, secure documentation, and related on-ground logistics.
- Build and refine presentations, briefing notes, meeting materials, concise one-page summaries, and action-focused agendas.
- Manage expenses end to end, including report preparation, follow-ups with finance, and tracking approvals until completion.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and outside partners by screening requests, directing communication, and ensuring prompt follow-through.
- Handle sensitive correspondence and confidential records with strict discretion while maintaining organised filing and documentation systems.
Skills and Experience
The role calls for at least 3 years of support experience with senior leaders such as Directors or C-suite executives, ideally in a fast-moving corporate or technology setting. Candidates should be highly proficient in Microsoft Outlook for executive calendar management, and comfortable using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to prepare reports and polished presentations. Strong experience with travel planning and expense workflows is important, along with excellent written and spoken English for drafting professional emails, briefs, and agendas. A high degree of discretion, stakeholder handling ability, and professionalism is essential.

- Experience with Concur or similar expense and reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and electronic signature tools such as DocuSign.
- Background supporting leaders in a technology or AI-driven organisation.
