Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize meetings, managing logistics and documenting minutes
• Keep the CEO updated on urgent matters and ensure necessary follow-ups
• Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting documents as required
• Oversee executive communications and prioritize information flow
• Plan and facilitate board and leadership meetings along with office events

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related area preferred
• At least 5 years supporting senior executives in dynamic settings
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and collaboration platforms like Slack or Teams
• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

• Background in high-level administrative roles in e-commerce or analogous industries
• Knowledge of financial reporting and budget oversight
• Experience in project management and event coordination
