Role Overview
The Executive Assistant will deliver comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior executives, ensuring effective management of schedules, meetings, and communications. Daily duties include calendar oversight, travel and accommodation arrangements, document and presentation preparation and review, and maintaining precise records and filing systems. The role also encompasses managing expense reports, coordinating both internal and external meetings, drafting correspondence, and monitoring follow-up actions to aid executive decision-making. This full-time position operates in a hybrid model, requiring regular on-site presence alongside some remote work flexibility. The assistant will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Experience with executive administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.
- Proficient administrative skills with expertise in documentation, scheduling, filing, and office coordination.
- Proven ability to manage expense reports accurately including tracking, reconciling, and submitting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of effective interaction with executives, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with MS Office or similar productivity software, excellent organizational skills, time management, and close attention to detail.
- Prior experience supporting senior leaders in healthcare or corporate environments, and knowledge of hybrid work models is beneficial.
- Preferred diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields, with the capacity to handle confidential data discreetly.
