Role Overview

We are looking to hire a driven Event Sales Coordinator fluent in Arabic, possessing a robust background in structured sales, sales strategy, and forecasting. This pivotal role involves managing event reservations, gifting orders, banqueting events, and actively participating in exhibitions to enhance the brand visibility of a prestigious luxury food and beverage restaurant located in Jeddah.

Key Duties

• Handle and coordinate bookings for various events and gifting deliveries.
• Organize banqueting functions maintaining exemplary standards.
• Represent and promote the company brand at trade exhibitions and events.
• Deliver superior service that aligns with the expectations of a luxury hospitality clientele.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in food and beverage, luxury hospitality, or hotel sales and event management is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic and a structured approach towards sales planning and forecasting.
