ETP Supervisor

Job Overview

Saral Management Solutions, a reputed company in the Edible Oil sector with a group turnover of 4000 CR, is seeking an ETP Supervisor to oversee Effluent Treatment Plant operations at its Kadi location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and supervision of the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP).
• Continuously monitor effluent parameters including pH, COD, BOD, TSS, TDS, oil & grease, ensuring they meet prescribed limits.
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental regulations set by authorities such as GPCB and CPCB.
• Control and manage chemical dosing processes effectively.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly reports documenting plant performance and lab results.
• Operate and maintain systems including RO, UF, MEE, evaporators, sludge handling, and water recycling units.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge of mechanical equipment such as pumps, motors, blowers, and dosing systems.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering or B.Sc. in Chemistry.
