Role Summary

In this Estimator role, you will collaborate with the sales team and buyers to create and manage new or expanded performance guarantees for deployed solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare bills of quantities and estimate tender costs using both unit-rate and lump-sum methods.
  • Develop pricing benchmarks and maintain a standardized pricing structure.
  • Draft tender submissions, compare bids, and recommend appropriate contractors for HVAC, mechanical, and piping work.
  • Complete proposal pricing forms and commercial qualification documents for submission.
  • Prepare manpower loading plans and cash-flow sheets.
  • Assess commercial risks and opportunities linked to the project.
  • Understand EPC contractual terms and participate in commercial negotiation meetings with customers and subcontractors.

Requirements
