Overview
Berkshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust seeks a capable and driven Estates Manager to join their Operational Estates Team. This role involves leading the delivery and management of high-quality estates maintenance and compliance services across a varied healthcare estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct planned and reactive maintenance services across multiple Trust locations.
- Ensure management and oversight of engineering compliance, statutory inspections, and maintenance documentation.
- Administer and keep current the CAFM system including asset registers and preventive maintenance scheduling.
- Serve as an Authorised Person for designated engineering systems aligned with HTM regulations.
- Lead and support the Estates Maintenance and Logistics teams.
- Coordinate with the Head of Estates & EDTS in providing technical leadership and managing engineering-related projects.
- Participate in the Estates on-call schedule and support the Trust's pledge to maintain safe, efficient, and sustainable healthcare environments.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position located at St Marks Hospital, Maidenhead, entailing frequent travel among Berkshire Healthcare sites and flexibility to attend sites beyond standard working hours when necessary.
