About The Role
CodeVertex Talent is recruiting for an Entry-Level Data Analyst to facilitate reporting, data evaluation, business insight generation, and data quality management. This position transforms structured data into clear, actionable reports that support operational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Gather, cleanse, arrange, and verify data to support reporting and operational assessments.
- Create and update dashboards, spreadsheets, reports, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Detect patterns, spot discrepancies and gaps, and identify opportunities for process enhancements.
- Effectively communicate results through concise summaries, visual charts, and structured updates.
- Ensure data integrity, sustainability of reporting processes, and correctness of records.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in handling spreadsheets, reports, and data sets.
- Capable of organizing information clearly and articulating insights in practical language.
- Preferable experience with Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, dashboard tools, or reporting platforms.
- Strong communication and documentation abilities.
- Independent worker who values accuracy and consistency.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience supporting remote teams or managing documentation-intensive workflows.
- Familiarity with common productivity tools like spreadsheets, email, calendars, CRM, ATS, ticketing systems, or reporting software relevant to the role.
- Competence in maintaining precision across repetitive tasks and internal systems.
Work Environment
- This position is fully remote for applicants based in the United States.
