Role Overview

We are in search of a seasoned Enterprise Applications Manager to spearhead the strategic planning, deployment, optimization, and support of business applications across the enterprise. The role involves managing diverse application portfolios, guiding technical and functional teams, advancing digital transformation efforts, and ensuring alignment of applications with organizational aims.

Key Responsibilities

Devise and implement strategies for enterprise applications that align with business targets.
Oversee deployment, upgrading, maintenance, and support activities for enterprise software.
Manage diverse application portfolios including ERP, CRM, HRIS, finance, procurement, and collaboration tools.
Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and optimize workflows.
Lead upgrade projects, integration efforts, testing, deployment schedules, and release management.
Ensure applications are reliable, secure, scalable, and performant.
Handle vendor relations, partnerships, licensing matters, budgets, and technology roadmap planning.
Establish governance policies, operational standards, and industry best practices.
Drive digital transformation initiatives and enterprise-scale business process automation.
Monitor system performance metrics and pursue optimization opportunities.
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of technology professionals.
Communicate technology strategies and metrics to senior leadership.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar.
8 to 12+ years of experience in managing enterprise applications, ERP, CRM, IT operations, or systems management.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale enterprise application portfolios.
Strong expertise in application lifecycle management, system integration, cloud technologies, and IT governance.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience directing enterprise technology initiatives and distributed teams.
Capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Comprehensive understanding of digital transformation and enterprise architecture principles.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
Professional certifications including ITIL, PMP, TOGAF, SAP, Salesforce, or Microsoft credentials.
Experience with platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, or similar.
Familiarity with cloud solutions, API integration, automation, analytics, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Knowledge of cybersecurity, IT governance, business continuity, and change management processes.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
