Role overview
This full-time remote opportunity is for an Enterprise Client Partner focused on frontier AI. The role centers on helping enterprise customers adopt advanced AI solutions, connecting technical capability with business priorities, and ensuring the deployments create clear, measurable value. You will act as the main point of coordination between client teams and internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Create and run account strategies for large enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 accounts, to increase adoption of frontier AI offerings.
- Work with client stakeholders to uncover business challenges and shape AI-led solutions that support transformation goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams to deliver, implement, and scale AI programs across enterprise accounts.
- Monitor key performance metrics, return on investment, and overall business impact, and communicate results to clients and senior leaders.
- Guide clients on practical ways to embed frontier AI into current processes, systems, and infrastructure.
Required background and skills
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with enterprise AI sales and implementation, ideally in financial services or technology. You should bring a strong record in enterprise account management, including revenue expansion and client retention. A solid understanding of AI and machine learning tools such as large language models, generative AI, and automation platforms is important. The role also requires the ability to explain technical ideas clearly to executive audiences and confidence using CRM systems, analytics tools, and business intelligence software.
