About the Role
We seek passionate individuals dedicated to early childhood education to become part of our growing phonics-focused literacy enrichment center. Our nurturing environment encourages creative approaches to teaching and values attention to detail alongside a genuine commitment to children's learning development. Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members to foster a supportive and productive working environment.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with parents to build strong relationships and provide updates on children’s progress.
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude towards continuous learning and teaching excellence.
Requirements
- Fluent proficiency in English language skills.
- A compassionate and caring nature towards children’s needs and well-being.
- Accountability and responsibility in managing classroom duties and student engagements.
- Resilience and adaptability in a dynamic educational setting.
- Effective interpersonal communication skills to engage with colleagues, children, and parents.
Working Hours and Location
- The role is full-time, with a maximum of 44 working hours per week to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
- Working days include three weekdays and one weekend day.
- Weekday hours run from 2 PM to 9 PM with a half-hour break.
- Weekend hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM including a 1.5-hour break.
- Part-time opportunities are also available.
- Positions are based onsite at one of the following locations: 806 Hougang Central, 728 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 6, or 630 Bukit Batok Central, Singapore.
