Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced English as a Second Language (ESL) Tutor to support the training of AI models. In this position, you will assess how well chatbots are progressing, review the logic behind their responses, and help resolve issues that improve model quality.
The work requires strong linguistics expertise. You will interact with chatbots in both Hebrew and English to gauge their development, and you will also create original conversations to teach them how to respond appropriately.

- The role is flexible and can be done on your own schedule from your personal computer at home.
- Pay starts at USD 25+ per hour, and some projects may include bonus pay.
Responsibilities
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they produce.
- Judge AI outputs for accuracy, usefulness, and overall performance.
Qualifications
- Strong fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Proven ability in Hebrew-to-English and English-to-Hebrew translation.
- A current, ongoing, or completed bachelor’s degree is preferred, but it is not mandatory.
Additional Information
This is an independent contractor opportunity. Payment is processed through PayPal, which will also manage any USD currency conversion. No payment or fee will ever be requested from applicants. Only candidates based in Canada will be considered.
