An automotive manufacturing company in Dubai is looking for Arabic-speaking engineering graduates to join its tendering and junior sales coordination team. What the role involves
The selected candidate will support tendering and sales coordination activities for automotive clients, working closely with Arabic-speaking customers and local entities in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Assist with RFQ and tender handling for OEM and Tier-1 automotive clients.
- Prepare technical quotations and BOQs using engineering specifications.
- Communicate with Arabic-speaking customers to understand requirements and clear queries.
- Coordinate in Arabic with UAE clients and government bodies.
- Track tenders, update CRM records, and keep bid documents organized.
- Support compliance and documentation related to ISO/IATF 16949 for automotive accounts.
Requirements
- Only candidates with a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, or Production Engineering will be considered.
- Arabic speaking, reading, and writing skills are mandatory.
- Applicants should have 0 to 1 year of experience; freshers are welcome.
- Candidates with manufacturing-related projects or internship exposure are preferred.
- Immediate joiners, serving notice, or candidates with up to 15 days' notice are acceptable.
- Basic knowledge of automotive components, technical drawings, and BOQ preparation is expected.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and MS Office is required.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or SolidWorks will be an added advantage.
