Job description
Role Overview
As an EMR Technician II at CHA Consulting, Inc., you will be instrumental in enhancing the reliability and precision of asset data through hands-on fieldwork. This position supports vital asset management initiatives by performing detailed equipment inspections, labeling, and data documentation to maintain accurate records within cloud-based systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive field inspections to record asset hierarchies, instrumentation, and equipment details.
- Apply standardized labels to equipment and instrumentation following project and client guidelines.
- Assist with maintaining Master Asset Listings and various project-related spreadsheets within CMMS and CCMS platforms.
- Engage actively in project meetings to relay updates and facilitate accurate data management.
- Review documentation created by junior team members to uphold quality standards.
- Support inventory management tasks, including organizing equipment in stockrooms and liaising with vendors for spare parts procurement.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three years’ pertinent experience in asset management or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and cloud-based software tools.
- Organized and attentive to detail with a readiness to learn and adapt in dynamic technical projects.
- Familiarity with CMMS platforms such as SAP, BlueMountain, or Maximo is favored.
- Knowledge of SharePoint is an advantage.
- Capable of meeting client-specific onsite requirements and willing to travel locally as necessary.
- Valid driver’s license is mandatory.
