Join APM Employment Services in Nanango, Queensland, as an Employment Consultant within the Workforce Australia Program. Your Role and Responsibilities
- Assist participants in preparing for, finding, and maintaining sustainable employment opportunities through the Workforce Australia Program.
- Empower individuals by helping them recognize their strengths, overcome barriers, and confidently embark on new employment paths.
- Develop innovative and creative solutions to address employment challenges and ensure participants receive the support and resources they need.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and promote workplace accommodations for diverse abilities.
- Celebrate participant achievements and successful job placements to encourage ongoing motivation.
- Build and sustain partnerships with employers dedicated to diversity and inclusion, facilitating opportunities for all participants.

Eligibility Criteria
- Must have the legal right to work in Australia.
- Current driver’s license and access to a comprehensively insured vehicle.
- Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
- Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
- Capability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
