Role overview
This position focuses on improving the employee journey by combining HR process execution, analytics, feedback analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The role supports efforts to make HR services smoother, more effective, and more aligned with employee needs across the organization.
Employee experience strategy and improvement
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to roll out process and system enhancements that support the employee experience goals mapped to the assigned journey. Review feedback trends and translate them into practical recommendations that strengthen the employee experience.
HR operations, systems, and process management
Ensure HR processes are carried out according to plan with limited manual work and fewer offline transactions. Monitor key measures, report KPI adherence and process effectiveness to supervisors, and identify opportunities to improve HR policies, systems, and procedures based on employee feedback and inputs from Unit, DC, and Geo HR teams. Continuously evaluate how well current HR processes are working.
Advisory support for employee experience
Assist HR teams by responding to queries related to the employee experience framework, related metrics, and guidelines. Work with the Information Systems team to set up feedback channels that can be used to measure employee experience.
Research, benchmarking, and HR solutions
Take part in research and benchmarking activities by consolidating data, performing basic analysis, and helping set up benchmarking discussions under senior guidance. Support the creation of HR solutions through structured data review and comparison with relevant benchmarks.
HR analytics, metrics, and reporting
Compile HR process and program data by coordinating with Units, BEFs, and CoEs. Build effective feedback channels, analyze the data, and convert it into insights for the relevant process or analytics area. Help evaluate compliance levels, business impact, and employee experience outcomes.
Knowledge management and capability building
Maintain thorough documentation for HR processes, including scope, RACI ownership, KPIs, and the metrics being tracked. Support content creation for internal and external publications and contribute to awareness sessions on employee experience standards and assessments across the employee lifecycle.
Employer branding and positioning
Set up and manage feedback mechanisms across the processes you support to capture employee sentiment and experience insights. Use survey and feedback data to identify trends, report observations, and help shape interventions. Collaborate with support functions to communicate new initiatives designed to improve employee and manager experience.
Audits and compliance
Participate in internal and external audit activities. Track compliance for the processes you manage, highlight deviations to supervisors, and help implement audit controls and recommendations based on guidance from leadership.
